Pick-up, Shipping & Delivery
Exhibition Purchase Policies
Customers may purchase exhibition items either in person or through the online store at any time during the exhibition. While items are listed as pick-up only, they are available for shipping or delivery after the exhibition has ended.
All exhibition purchases must remain with the exhibition for the entire duration of the exhibition. Only after the exhibition run has ended will items be available to pick-up, deliver or ship. Information about exhibition dates is outlined in each item description.
Customers who purchase exhibition items will be contacted by staff for confirmation when they buy an item and again when their item is available.
Retrieving Exhibition Purchases
Pick-up
Orders and purchases can be picked-up in store during our hours of operations. Refer to our current hours.
For online purchases, select the Pick-Up option in your cart during checkout. You will be contacted when your item is ready. If you want to pick-up your item at a later date, indicate this on the Review & Submit Order page in the Note to Seller text box.
If you would like curbside pick-up, please indicate this on your order. Call when you arrive, pop your trunk, and we'll drop your order in. For walk-through or bike pick-ups, please call us when you arrive, and we'll bring the package out to you. This method is the best way for our staff to maintain social distancing.
Shipping & Delivery
At the end of the exhibition, each purchaser will be contacted to arrange pick-up, delivery or shipping of their item.
Any additional shipping or delivery fees outside the cost of the item are billed to the customer separately after the purchase of the item. Shipping and delivery rates are based on the item's size, weight, and destination after it's been packed or crated.
All items in the exhibition are available for shipping, some exceptions my apply.
We ship Canada-wide & across the US using Canada Post expedited parcels. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of the item.
Our team takes extra precautions in packing delicate, breakable items as we want to ensure your item arrives safely. Our shipping costs reflect this added service.
Shipping
All items listed online from our Edmonton inventory are available for shipping.
Items listed from our Calgary store are available for pick up or delivery only. We can arrange shipping for Calgary items, shipping fees for Calgary purchases will be charged in addition to the item price.
We ship Canada-wide & across the US using Canada Post expedited parcels. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the item.

In some instances, certain items may cost more to ship, and we may charge additional fees to cover the cost. We will notify you if your purchased item requires special shipping.
We cannot guarantee time as all deliveries are subject to the schedule of the company. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered using this method by Canada Post or other couriers.
In Store & Curbside Pick-up
Orders and purchases can be picked up in store during our hours of operations. Refer to our current hours.
Items listed online are organized by location in either Edmonton or Calgary. Make sure the item you purchase is available for pick-up at the desired location, as stock and items vary between stores.
How to Schedule Pick-up
Select the Pick-up option in your cart during checkout. Your item will be ready on the next available pick-up day after noon. If you want to pick-up your item at a later date, indicate this on the Review & Submit Order page in the Note to Seller text box.

For walk-through or bike pick-ups, please call us when you arrive, and we'll bring the package out to you.
Edmonton Delivery
We offer local deliver within Edmonton to postal codes located within the Anthony Henday Loop. Flat rate delivery is $10.00 and can be selected at checkout. If your postal code is not listed, then it does not qualify for this delivery rate. Delivery can be arranged to other parts of the surrounding city for a higher rate, please contact us for more information.

We offer local deliver within the city to postal codes located within Calgary. Flat rate delivery is $10.00 and can be selected at checkout. If your postal code is not listed, then it does not qualify for this delivery rate.

Ensuring Health & Safety
When items sell through our online shop, a staff member completes a sanitizing routine, including handwashing, before packing your item for pick-up or shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
Not completely happy with your purchase?
We are happy to issue a store credit for items purchased on our online shop once returned to our Gallery Shop within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or gift receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition when purchased.
Customers are responsible for the cost of postage if they are mailing an item to return for a store credit. The item must be received in the original condition when purchased. Additional insurance may be purchased through the carrier and claims for damage are the responsibility of the purchaser. If an item is received back damaged, we will not issue a credit for the item.
If you want to bring back your item to our one of our store locations to return for a store credit, please visit during our open hours of operation. Once an item is returned, you will be issued a store credit number in the form of a digital code that you can redeem online or in-store in the future. Store credits do not expire.
We are unable to allow customer to shop in-store to exchange any item at this time.
My item arrived damaged
If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. If the error is ours, we will exchange the product for another item or provide a store credit for a future purchase.
